Clopicard AP 75 Tablet is a combination medicine that is primarily used to prevent blood clots in individuals at high risk of heart attack or stroke. It is usually prescribed for the following:

• Reduce the risk of recurrent heart attacks. 
• Manage conditions such as unstable angina and peripheral artery disease. 
• Prevent blood clot formation after angioplasty or stent placement.

1. Clopidogrel: Acts as an antiplatelet agent, preventing platelets from clumping together, thereby reducing the risk of clot formation in blood vessels.
2. Aspirin: Also an antiplatelet agent, it works by inhibiting the production of thromboxane, which stimulates platelets to aggregate and form clots.

• The dosage is usually one tablet per day or as directed by a healthcare professional. 
• It should be taken with food to reduce the risk of stomach irritation.

Common side effects may include the following:

• Nausea or indigestion.
• Increased risk of bleeding, including nosebleeds or bruising.
• Dizziness or headache.
