Luliconazole 10g Cream

Luliconazole is an antifungal medication used to treat various fungal infections of the skin. It is commonly prescribed for conditions such as athlete’s foot, jock itch, and ringworm. The 10 gram cream formulation is designed for topical application.

Active ingredient: Luliconazole 1% w/w

Excipients: This usually includes ingredients such as cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, and purified water, which help in the consistency and application of the cream.

Mechanism of Action: Luliconazole works by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol, a major component of the fungal cell membrane. This leads to disruption of the fungal cell membrane and eventually death of the fungus.
