Infanrix Hexa vaccine

Infanrix Hexa vaccine is comprised of two distinct elements. The first part is a white, milky liquid (0.5 mL) in a pre-filled syringe that contains the combined diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, hepatitis B, and inactivated poliovirus vaccines. The most common adverse effects of Infanrix Hexa (which occur in more than one out of every ten doses of the vaccine) are swelling soreness, and redness at the injection site, lack of appetite, fever of 38oC or higher, weariness, atypical crying, irritability, and restlessness, among other things.
