Introduction of Infanrix Hexa vaccine

Infanrix Hexa vaccine is comprised of two distinct elements. The first part is a white, milky liquid (0.5 mL) in a pre-filled syringe that contains the combined diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, hepatitis B, and inactivated poliovirus vaccines. Use of Infanrix Hexa vaccine

Infanrix Hexa vaccine is recommended for the primary immunization of infants aged 6 weeks against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, hepatitis B, poliomyelitis, and Haemophilus influenzae type b. It is also recommended for the primary immunization of infants from the age of 6 weeks against Haemophilus influenzae type b.
