An athlete’s foot medication called Sertaconazole is used to treat tinea pedis, a fungus that infects the skin of the feet and in between the toes. A class of drugs known as imidazoles, Sertacide is one of them. This medicine works by inhibiting the spread of pathogenic fungi.

How do you use Sertacide nitrate cream 2?

Apply this medication to the afflicted skin twice daily or as instructed by your doctor. Apply enough medication to cover the afflicted skin and some of the surrounding skin. After applying this medication, wash your hands. Do not wrap, cover or bandage the area unless ordered to do so by your doctor.
