Adult: Hyoscine butylbromide Injection: 0.2 mg administered intramuscularly or subcutaneously in one dose (may also be given via IV in if required). Child: Hyoscine hydrobromide: 0.006 mg/kg intramuscularly or subcutaneously as a single dose. Adult: Hyoscine butyl bromide: 20 mg by gradual IV or IM injection; repeat if necessary after 30 minutes.
