Infants and toddlers from six weeks to 24 months of age should receive the primary and booster doses of hexaxim for protection against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, hepatitis B, poliomyelitis, andinvasive diseases brought on by type B Haemophilus influenzae.

Hexaxim’s initial course is advised to consist of three doses spaced at least four weeks apart or two doses separated by two months. At least six months should pass following the final dose of the initial course before administering a booster dose.
