Zoledronic Acid Injection Zobone 1 is a bisphosphonate, a type of drug used to treat osteoporosis (weak and brittle bones) caused by menopause or long-term steroid usage. Paget’s bone and high calcium levels induced by cancer are also treated with Zobone 4mg Injection 1.
What is the purpose of zoledronic acid 4 mg?
This medicine is used to treat elevated calcium levels in the blood (hypercalcemia), which can occur as a result of cancer. Zoledronic acid is also used in conjunction with cancer chemotherapy to treat bone issues associated with multiple myeloma and other cancers that have progressed to the bones (e.g., breast, lung).
